How do I know if I need sclerotherapy or laser treatment?
We’ll evaluate your veins during your consultation to determine which option—or combination—is best. Sclerotherapy is often ideal for larger leg veins, while laser therapy is well-suited for smaller or facial veins.
How many treatments will I need?
Most patients see improvement after 1–2 sessions, but multiple treatments may be needed based on your vein severity and response.
Is the treatment painful?
Both sclerotherapy and laser vein removal are well-tolerated. You may feel a brief pinch during injections or a snapping sensation during laser treatment, but discomfort is minimal.
Can I combine these treatments?
Yes. Many patients benefit from a combination of sclerotherapy and laser therapy, depending on the types of veins being treated.
Will the veins come back?
Treated veins typically do not return, but new spider veins may develop over time due to genetics, lifestyle, or hormonal factors. Maintenance treatments are available if needed.
